Introduction

Authentic leadership has developed as a distinct area within leadership scholarship, emphasizing the relationship between leaders’ self-understanding, ethical orientation, transparency, and interactions with followers. Foundational research conceptualized authentic leadership as a multidimensional construct and examined mechanisms through which authentic leadership may influence individual and organizational outcomes. [2]

Research Profile

The supplied Google Scholar identifier provides a route for reviewing the research record associated with the stated profile. Because bibliometric indicators can change as databases are updated and because different databases apply different coverage and counting methods, the figures presented here should be treated as a snapshot of the supplied information rather than as permanent measures of scholarly influence. [1]

Research Contributions

On the basis of the information supplied, the principal area associated with Viviana Rojas Bonzi is authentic leadership. The academic literature generally treats authentic leadership as a construct involving leader self-awareness, consistency between internal values and expressed behavior, transparent relationships, and balanced consideration of information. [2] Research in this area may therefore contribute to understanding how leadership practices are perceived, evaluated, and connected with organizational and interpersonal outcomes.

Publications

The supplied information reports 45 documents associated with the research profile. A complete publication bibliography, including article titles, journals, publication years, co-authors, volume and issue information, and verified DOI identifiers, was not provided in the source data. Accordingly, this article does not attribute specific publications to the researcher without corresponding bibliographic verification.[3]

Research Impact

Citation counts likewise reflect the visibility and use of published research within the databases and communities represented by the relevant scholarly indexes. For this reason, the reported metrics are best considered alongside the underlying publications and their substantive contributions. Bibliometric information should also be checked against the researcher’s current profile before being used for a formal evaluation or award submission. [1]

Award Suitability

The supplied information identifies the Leadership Global Awards as the event associated with this recognition profile. On the evidence provided, the principal considerations relevant to an academic recognition assessment are the researcher’s stated specialization in authentic leadership, the reported body of 45 documents, and the reported citation and h-index measures. These indicators can provide supporting evidence of sustained scholarly activity, although they do not by themselves establish eligibility or guarantee selection for an award.[4]

Conclusion

Viviana Rojas Bonzi is presented in the supplied information as a researcher affiliated with the Instituto de Investigacion Biologica del Paraguay whose stated subject area is authentic leadership. The reported profile comprises 45 documents, 470 citations, and an h-index of 10, together with an ORCID identifier.
