Dr. Mahdi Shahriarinour is an Assistant Professor and researcher in microbial biotechnology with extensive academic, teaching, and research experience in higher education. He earned his Ph.D. in Microbial Biotechnology from Universiti Putra Malaysia, following earlier degrees in microbiology, and has since built a distinguished career at Islamic Azad University, where he has served in multiple academic leadership and research roles. Neylan Kaya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business at Akdeniz University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from Süleyman Demirel University, a master’s degree in Business Administration from Akdeniz University, and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Akdeniz University.
