Ebtsam Aly Omer Abou Hashish is a distinguished nursing scholar and Professor of Nursing Administration with extensive academic and clinical expertise. She earned her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Nursing Science from Alexandria University, building a strong foundation in healthcare leadership and management. With over two decades of teaching and research experience, she is currently affiliated with King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. Her research interests focus on nursing administration, healthcare quality, leadership, patient safety, and education.
