Ebtsam Aly Omer Abou Hashish is a distinguished nursing scholar and Professor of Nursing Administration with extensive academic and clinical expertise. She earned her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Nursing Science from Alexandria University, building a strong foundation in healthcare leadership and management. With over two decades of teaching and research experience, she is currently affiliated with King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. Her research interests focus on nursing administration, healthcare quality, leadership, patient safety, and education. Francisco Javier De la Torre Trillo is a Spanish urologist with a strong academic and clinical background in urological surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Seville and completed advanced postgraduate training, including master’s degrees in forensic anthropology, urological surgery, and advanced prostate cancer from the University of Granada, CEU Cardenal Herrera University, and the University of Salamanca. Currently serving as a specialist urologist at Hospital Comarcal Santa Ana, he has extensive experience in clinical practice and surgical training. His research interests focus on prostate cancer, urological surgery, and clinical outcomes. He has received recognition for scientific presentations and continues contributing to urological advancement.
