Dr. Kawtar Benkirane is a scholar in management sciences whose work focuses on public sector performance, risk management, information systems agility, and digital transformation in organizations. She earned her doctorate in management sciences from Université Cadi Ayyad and previously completed a co-tutelle research program in engineering sciences at Université Savoie Mont Blanc in Grenoble, along with a Master’s degree from ENCG Marrakech, where she graduated first in her class.
