Professor Tang Decai is an accomplished scholar in management science and engineering, with a strong academic foundation built through degrees in English education, economics, and a PhD in management science and engineering. Over three decades, he has held key academic and administrative roles across major Chinese universities, contributing extensively to teaching, discipline development, and international education. His teaching portfolio spans management, economics, finance, public administration, and Marxist theory, including courses for undergraduate, postgraduate, and international students. As a prolific researcher, he has published more than 200 papers in high-impact SSCI/SCI and CSSCI journals, including Journal of Cleaner Production, Sustainable Cities and Society, Ecological Indicators, Frontiers in Environmental Science, and Environmental Science and Pollution Research. His research interests cover industrial policy, sustainable development, low-carbon manufacturing, urbanization, service industry development, environmental management, productivity theory, and the knowledge economy. He has led 36 research projects—including provincial talent projects and government-funded studies—and contributed to multiple significant consulting reports that received provincial awards. His scholarly achievements include authoring and co-authoring influential monographs and textbooks and receiving numerous provincial awards for research excellence, teaching, and Party affairs work. Professor Tang’s career reflects a sustained commitment to academic leadership, multidisciplinary scholarship, and impactful contributions to management research and public policy.

Naveen Kumar is an experienced academician in computer engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology, Haryana, since 2014. He holds a Master of Technology in Computer Engineering from the University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kurukshetra University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Maharishi Markandeshwar Engineering College, Mullana. His teaching career spans over fifteen years, including previous roles as Lecturer at N.C. College of Engineering and Technology, Panipat. He has qualified both the GATE (2018) and UGC-NET (July and December 2018), reflecting his strong academic foundation. His research interests include genetic algorithms, optimization techniques, digital image processing, data structures, and artificial intelligence. Naveen Kumar has published research papers in reputed journals, focusing on comparative analyses of genetic algorithm operators and their applications in solving the Traveling Salesman Problem. He has actively participated in various national workshops and faculty development programs on topics such as big data, cyber forensics, high-performance computing, and intellectual property rights. Recognized for his commitment to academic excellence, he has contributed to departmental and institutional development activities and accreditation processes.
