Li’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Tangshan Normal University in 2009, where he studied under the supervision of Jing Chen. He advanced to Sichuan University, earning his Master of Engineering in Electric Power System and Automation in 2011, and continued at the same institution for his doctoral studies, completing a Ph.D. in the same field in 2014 under the mentorship of Professor Tianqi Liu.
