Odette Virginia Delfín Ortega is an accomplished academic and researcher specializing in international business, productivity, and regional development, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. She earned her Ph.D. in International Business and her Master’s Degree in Foreign Trade from the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, further enhancing her global perspective through a postdoctoral stay at Aston University in the United Kingdom. With extensive professional experience in customs operations and logistics management, she transitioned to academia as a full-time Associate Professor, where she has contributed significantly to research, teaching, and institutional leadership. Her scholarly output includes five books, 30 book chapters, and more than 60 articles published in internationally recognized journals, complemented by presentations at major academic forums in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. She has held key administrative positions, including Director of the Institute for Economic and Business Research and Coordinator of a CONACYT-recognized graduate program. Her research excellence has earned distinctions such as membership in the National System of Researchers and recognition as an Honorary State Researcher. Currently, she contributes to national academic collaboration as National Technical Secretary of the Mexican Consortium of APEC Study Centers, strengthening ties between academia and regional policy development.

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Öztürk is a distinguished scholar in the field of educational sciences, currently serving as Professor at Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Middle East Technical University (2014), an M.Sc. in Educational Sciences from the same institution (2008), an M.Ed. in Learning, Learning Environments, and Educational Systems from the University of Turku, Finland (2007), and a B.A. in English Language Teaching from METU (2004). He also completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Columbia University, Teachers College in International and Comparative Education (2016) and earned a PGCert in Peace Studies from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand (2022). His academic career spans teaching and research roles at Hacettepe University, METU Development Foundation Schools, and the Turkish Land Forces before joining Boğaziçi University, where he became Associate Professor in 2023 and full Professor in 2025. With an h-index of 12, his scholarly contributions include 824 citations across documents indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. His research focuses on curriculum development, international and comparative education, teacher training, and peace education. Recipient of national and international research grants, Prof. Öztürk continues to advance global dialogue on education with a commitment to innovative pedagogies and cross-cultural understanding.
